Gregory is the lead of Service Design for Lyft’s Customer Experience organization. His team is responsible for designing effortless ways for customers to get help, including personalized help access points within the Lyft app and the support tools customer service associates use. He’s been at Lyft for two years. Before Lyft, Gregory ran product at Huckle and College Bound. Before that, Gregory was an elementary school teacher. He lives and works in Nashville, TN.
